We will liaise with your auctioneer, architect and bank on your behalf and provide advices to you on tax matters such as NPPR and LPT, which are required in all residential property transactions.
If you are interested in a property that is being auctioned, we can review the title and advise whether or not you should purchase it or if there are complex title issues that may affect the value of the property or your ability to obtain a mortgage.
While we are based in Dublin, we act for clients from all over Ireland and we ensure that we accommodate our clients by keeping visits to our offices to the bare minimum by carrying out as much of the process via post, email or telephone.
